My dear Vipra Bandhu
I am extremely happy; my trip to Bihar is quite successful.  I met a Vipra Bandhu by name Shri Prasidha Narayan Tiwari at Patna.  WBO has not gained its strength so far in Bihar as such a new search for the potential team has become essential.  I got good response from a few Brahman Leaders as they expressed their interest to come under the flag of one Brahman Organization and their desire appears to be fulfilled with my approach to them. I started receiving phone calls from different groups expressing their desire to build up a health consolidated organization locally and the probable date of a MINI CONVENTION WOULD BE IN THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPETEMBER. GREAT ACJOEVEMEMT, INDEED. Unfortunately our Brahman community is not united in these parts and one example is that, the Goddess of Patna is Goddess Patana Devi.  It is an ancient temple in Patna, and the roads leading to the temple or the surroundings of the temple, are awfully bad.  Particularly during the time of Navrathri festival, the approach to the temple itself is difficult.  Hardly 8 feet width of the roads are found in two sides while two other sides are completely blocked by different constructions.
The Government could sanction acres of land to the newly constructed Gurudwara which is not far off from the temple of Goddess Patana Devi, particularly when invited by the Sikh Community, gradually in different meetings, the Gurudwara could achieve a lot of benefits.  Goddess Patana Devi Temple could not get even sanitation facility though it has a great Hindu Vote Bank in the area.  It is understood that the Brahman Community could not present the case to the Government in a palatable manner as much as the Gurudwara Committee could do.  The condition of the Brahman Community new generation is also awfully bad; time demands that something should be done in these areas, lest we may have to forget the past glory of FAMOUS PATALIPUTRA-MAGADH EMPIRE. Great Chanakya’s idol could not be found in Patna.  This is where we stand.
Anyway, after visiting Patna – I have decided to set up ONE NATIONAL AWARD IN THE NAME OF GREAT CHANAKYA and it will be presented to a deserving personality in the community in due course of time in one of our Conventions.
Yours affectionately,
HARA HARA MAHADEVA,
DR P V SESHA SAI ASWAMEDHAYAAJI
